Broderbund LLC is very concerned about the protection of consumer
privacy, especially the privacy of our younger consumers.

Broderbund LLC only collects personally identifiable data, such as
names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and the like, when 
voluntarily submitted by a consumer.  As part of the registration process
for our CD-ROM products, we ask whether the registrant is under age 13.
For those under 13, the registration process will close down and request
that a parent or guardian complete the registration process.  Our CD-ROM
products can be fully enjoyed without completing the registration process.

Broderbund LLC does not disclose any personally identifiable information
gathered through the registration process to third parties without prior
consent, except where required by law or to companies or individuals hired
by Broderbund LLC to provide consulting, analysis, or services related to
order payment and fulfillment. Only with your permission, will we use or
allow others to use the information to contact you with product information
that may be of interest to you.  Under certain circumstances we may transfer
all or a portion of our customer database upon sale of the company, its
divisions or assets.
